We are a family owned and run business with roots embedded in the Midlands; Graham Miller and Neil Woodhouse started the business in 2023 and it’s been one success story after another from the very start!  Built on a firm foundation of high morals and a passion for customer care from start to finish it’s about ensuring that our customers get the very best service available and that we repeat this over and over again.

We started like most small businesses, with just the founders and outsourced pretty much everything we could, from the design work to the installations. But as time went by we understood that having employees that cared as much as we did meant that our clients received a better service and so we increased the team and now we have dedicated interior designers, marketing and sales teams, project managers an installation team manager and a social media manager…. and that’s before we get started on the installers. We have dedicated employees that are perfectionists guaranteeing you the very best installation service possible and of course we have a huge database of sub-contractors that are either dedicated to work just for us (but prefer the sub-contractor model) or whom we can call upon as and when needed to complete installations in busy periods. All of our installation team members are vetted to the highest levels and must continue to perform with grace and excellence both with the installation and with customer care.

Domestic Customers

For our domestic customers we have three options;
– Install only
– Design / Design & Supply only
– Design, Supply and Install

For the Install only service we are happy to provide a team to complete an installation for a kitchen or bathroom that you have already purchased, maybe from one of the high street stores that we are used to working with such as Wickes, Wren, B&Q, Howdens, Benchmarx, Easy Bathrooms, Victory Plumbing or Better Bathrooms.

We have worked on many designs for customers who want to buy a kitchen from another supplier or have the capability to install one themselves, so if you just want some inspiration and help designing your perfect kitchen we are happy to help!

When we complete a full design, supply and install service we are with you every step of the way and fully manage the project for you leaving you with only approval of designs to worry about. We provide a fully engaged and customer focussed project manager that will work with you from start to finish and we send in the cleaners when the install is complete to do a deep clean to ensure that the new Kitchen or Bathroom is 100% ready for you to move your personal items into and make it the centre of your home again!

Commercial Customers

For our commercial customers we have two options;

– Design, Supply and Install
– Workforce Only Supply

We have worked on numerous commercial properties for both private customers and for house building companies providing a complete workforce solution for entire new build kitchen and bathroom installations.

Customer Service Manager: We are now on the look out for a dedicated customer service manager who can take care of any warranty related issues or concerns and around that person we will build a brand new customer care team ensuring that our customers are appreciated and looked after from start to finish and beyond.
